　　秸稈膨化機(jī)主要功能是將機(jī)械能直接轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能，瞬間產(chǎn)生高溫高壓，通過出料口壓力驟降使秸稈形成膨化噴放過程，破壞秸稈表面蠟質(zhì)膜，使秸稈纖維細(xì)胞壁斷裂，促進(jìn)了纖維素、半纖維素、木質(zhì)素等復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的崩解，產(chǎn)生熟化過程，再經(jīng)過加入有益微生物發(fā)酵菌厭氧發(fā)酵后，產(chǎn)生糖化過程，從而使秸稈的理化性狀都發(fā)生了巨大改變。該設(shè)備使秸稈細(xì)胞中可消化的養(yǎng)分充分釋放出來(lái)，提高秸稈營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分和利用價(jià)值，使秸稈從利用率低的廢棄物轉(zhuǎn)化成了易吸收、營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富、綠色生態(tài)的“秸稈膨化生物飼料”。

　　Straw puffing machine’s main function is to convert mechanical energy into heat energy, forming high temperature and pressure then blowing. The sudden drop in pressure destroys the surface of the straw fiber wax film, makes the cell wall of straw broken. It promotes the sputtering of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and other complex structures. After the addition of microbial straw fermentation agent and anaerobic fermentation, the straw fiber produces ripening and saccharifing.

　　Then the physical and chemical properties of straw have been changed greatly. The device fully releases digestible nutrients from straw cells and improves nutrient composition and utilization value of straw, transforming the low utilization of straw into a kind of nutrient-rich, green ecological puffed biological feed.
